The Transition Employment Portal (TEP) is a national employment platform supporting veterans, veteran family members and emergency responders to connect with employment opportunities across Australia.
Designed to support both individuals and employers, the TEP enables people with a service background to create a profile and be visible to organisations seeking capable, reliable candidates.The platform continues to evolve, expanding access and functionality to support a broader service community and meet changing workforce needs.

The portal allows people with a service background to showcase their skills and experience before an employer sees their identity. Profiles are anonymised, displaying limited identifying information to support privacy.
The Transition Employment Portal is open to veterans, veteran family members and emergency responders across Australia, as well as eligible veterans from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and New Zealand who are relocating to Australia. Creating a profile takes approximately 20 minutes.
Once registered, profiles can be matched with potential employers through the platform. Skills and experience gained through service are recognised and aligned to relevant employment opportunities, with support available from the Working Spirit.
