The Transition Employment Portal is live!

A return to civilian life or even a job pivot, when you have left Defence brings big changes.   The more you prepare, the smoother things will go. Australia' first employment portal for veterans called the Transition Employment Portal.

 

WA Lead The Way -  The Transition Employment Portal  will be a game changer for the veteran community.  The second part of the build will include spouses/partners and children of working age.

 

You, the veteran, will sell your skill sets before the employer even finds out who you are.  The beauty of this portal is that your profile will read as the first three letters of your surname and the last three numbers of your military ID.  

 

The Transition Employment Portal is also open to veterans from Canada, USA, UK and NZ moving to Australia.

 

It takes about 20 minutes to complete your profile which you then be carefully matched with potential employers by Working Spirit Case Workers. Your profile will automatically assign skills and experiences you have gained in the ADF.
